Across the fiercely competitive arena of gaming, it's typical for new contenders to fade away as quickly as they enter the landscape.

Yet Battlefield 6 is hoping to change that.

Here comes the newest release in a long-standing military shooter line often positioned as a more authentic response to Call of Duty.

The franchise has seldom managed to equal its most famous opponent in regards of sales or players, but indicators suggest the recent entry could close the gap.

"We probably would find it impossible to build and design this new game absent the lessons we had in the last release," the manager shares with the press.

Another absent component from Battlefield 2042 was a single-player campaign, which has been brought back for this release.

The UK studio design director Fasahat "Fas" Salim is the person responsible for "ensuring those stages are as fun and interesting as possible for the players."

In spite of claims that the size of the title had created pressure for the different developers partnering internationally to create the project, the director is upbeat about the process.

"Collaborating with diverse perspectives, distinct backgrounds, it's a very fascinating environment to be involved in on a regular basis," he says.

"This whole method has been something new but something really exciting because we are working with individuals from all over the world."

Regarding the anticipation on the team, he states: "We experience pressure but additionally it's motivating.

"This is a major project. It's probably the largest that the majority of the team have before been involved in."

Emerging Talent Brings New Perspective

This is certainly accurate of at least an individual team member, VFX specialist Vlad Kokhan.

"Realizing that I have contributed my personal touch into the game is really surreal."
