LA Erupts in Celebration as Dodgers Claim Second World Series Championship
The City of Angels witnessed citywide celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers won a thrilling seven-game World Series title. Fans worldwide united with local residents in jubilation, marking the first time in 25 years that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Victory Parade Attracts Massive Turnout
Local events included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Social media videos show countless of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many carrying homemade signs and Dodger flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a open-top bus through the masses, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
